The following information is the Terms & Conditions for HalalPrint.com, whereby “Customer” is you/Customer and “We/Our/Us” is HalalPrint.com.

Legal Claim

NOTICE. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.  By purchasing services or products from HalalPrint.com, you agree to be bound by these conditions set forth herein.  Please do not attempt to purchase our products or our services if you do not agree to any material in our Terms & Conditions.

General

Please note that HalalPrint.com will not print any materials which contain pictures of people or animals unless the face/head is not visible.  We reserve the right to refuse service to any person or organization without explaining the reason for refusing service.  We do not offer our service to organizations which are affiliated with certain industries including but not limited to: the entertainment industry i.e musicians, night clubs and others.  We do not cater to the adult entertainment industry, the money lending industry (involved in taking interest), political organizations, government agancies, and any other industries which we may at any time choose not to provide our services for.

Responsibility

The Customer is fully responsible for the final proof and layout approval prior to the printing process.  HalalPrint.com is not liable for any mistakes or errors on the final product if caused by any of the following reasons:  (1) grammar; (2) misspelling; (3) font distortion; (4) punctuation; (5) incorrect size; (6) wrong cuts; (7) bleeds and (8) improper folding.  HalalPrint.com is not responsible for 3rd party shipping errors, omissions or damaged shipments. When a package is not delivered due to an error made by the customer in submitting the proper shipping address, HalalPrint.com will reship the package with corrected address and charge an additional shipping fee for the shipment.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. The Customer agrees that HalalPrint.com’s liability hereunder for damages regardless of the form of action shall not exceed the total amount that was agreed to for the services provided pursuant to the agreement made between the Customer and HalalPrint.com.  The Customer further agrees that HalalPrint.com shall not be liable for any loss of profits nor for any claim or demand against the Customer by any other parties.  The HalalPrint.com shall not incur any liability or penalty for delays to due to circumstances out of their control, state of war, equipment deficiency, delay by suppliers or carriers or acts of God.  No action, regardless of form, arising out of the services rendered under these terms may be brought by either party more than one year after the cause of action has occurred.  Express Print & Design makes no warranties as to the services of Customer, express or implied.  In no event shall HalalPrint.com be liable for consequential damages.

INDEMNIFY. The Customer agree that you shall indemnify and defend HalalPrint.com and all parties from whom HalalPrint.com has licensed portions of Content, and their directors, officers, and employees, against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses arising out of or related to (1) your breach of these Terms & Conditions or (2) any suit, claim, or demand arising from or relating to any text, photograph, image, graphic or other material you incorporated into Products.

Copyright

For certain product and service offerings you may elect to electronically upload or otherwise submit data, text, photographs, graphics, messages or other materials (collectively, "Customer Content") to HalalPrint for inclusion in print products. You understand and agree that you (and any other person from whom it may have originated) are solely responsible for all Customer Content. When you upload, or otherwise provide Customer Content to us you warrant and confirm that you either own the copyright to or have permission to copy any documents, text, graphics, photographs, etc., that you submit for inclusion in the print process, and you agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless from any suit, demand, or claim arising out of any breach of this warranty and agree to pay any judgment or reasonable settlement offer resulting from any such suit, demand or claim, and to pay any attorney's fees incurred by HalalPrint.com in defending against such suit, demand or claim. You may not place or reproduce any trademarks, service marks, or logos that are not owned by you or licensed to you onto materials and merchandise to be printed by HalalPrint.com. Designs, words and names used to identify services or products are considered service marks, trademarks and/or logos. The same policy is applicable for copyrights. You are prohibited from using unlicensed copyrighted materials from photographers, artists, publishers, composers, writers, and other authors of original works. The copyright owner's exclusive rights prohibit the reproduction of any original work.

The Customer understands that all data, text, content, images, graphics, messages or other materials ("Content") are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. The Customer is entirely responsible for all Content that you use to send, upload, post or transmit to Us. Under the consideration of the nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all local regulations, laws and rules regarding online conduct and acceptable Content.

Artwork

You agree that you will not send, upload, post or otherwise transmit to HalalPrint any Content that contains material that: (i) is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, and/or obscene; (ii) which invades another person's privacy; (iii) which would further the commission or concealment of a crime.

All designs and/or images (“Artwork”) must be provided in CMYK format. We are not responsible for any color shift that occurs in conversions from RGB to CMYK color modes.  All Artwork must be provided in minimum of 300 DPI and CMYK color mode without LZW compression. We are not responsible for files that are compressed. We are not responsible for images printed as fuzzy, distorted or pixilated due to customer provided artwork.

HalalPrint.com is not liable for color matching or ink density on screen proofs approved by the customers. Screen proofs will predict design layout, text accuracy, image proportion and placement, but not color or density. We will try our best to match the gradient density of each color. We are not liable for the final appearance of a color.  Application of UV Coating may effect or change the appearance of the printed colors. HalalPrint.com is not liable for the final color appearance of a UV products.

Service  Fees

All payments must be made before production takes place.

Termination or Cancellation of Service

Each order is unique to the Customer and has no re-sale value; therefore, all sales Are final. If we verify that we made an error, we will re-print the order. No Refunds or Credit.

Cut-Off Time

In order for a order to be processed same day, the order must be received by 11am central time on a business day (Monday-Friday).  All orders that are received past 11am central time will be processed the following business day.

Other

Should any part of these terms and conditions be held invalid by a court of law or be agreed to be omitted/changed in writing by both HALALPRINT.COM and CUSTOMER, the rest of the provisions set forth herein shall remain in full effect.  This SERVICE AGREEMENT is binding on all parties and their executors.

We reserve the right to refuse service.

We reserve the right to modify, alter, change or amend these Terms & Conditions without any notice.
